For Pre-orders Customers

As most items are unique, most handmade items are only limited to one pieces each. However, if you need more than one piece, you need to pre-order. Unless otherwise stated. (50% or Full payment has to be made first)

Alternatively, you may opt for customization. You may provide us with a design (or we can source it out for you according to your preferences), and we will craft them out for you. In this case, a deposit (50% of total price) is needed or you may choose to make a full payment. If we are unable to craft it out, we will make a full refund within a certain period of time given. Our policy is strictly no payment no order. Once ordered, there shall be no cancellation.

Please send in all request at least 5 days in advanced.

We advise all such pre-orders to be discussed in e-mails or MSN/Yahoo! Messenger. Once confirmed and payment is made, We will proceed with the crafting.
